This song originally started out as an aggressive lash at one of my employers who tried to unfairly dismiss me from the job because I wasn't the right age or gender he envisioned for the position, but over time the song developed into an aggressive lash at anyone who harshly judges/criticizes you just because you don't fit into their expectations of what you're supposed to be.
